Haritaki, commonly known as Chebulic Myrobalan is species of Terminalia, native to Southeast Asia including India, Nepal and China. This ovoid/elliptical fruit (Harde) of Haritaki carries many medicinal properties and also known as ‘King of all Herbs’ in Tibetan medicine.
